brown sauce with bacon yummmmm
Tomato sauce all the way! Also how can qourn call it bacon? Bacon is meat. Also how can they make shepards pie and cottage pie when the difference is the type of meat...
Except its not bacon, bacon is a name given to thin strips of pork from the back or sides so its not bacon its facon
And theres no difference in taste or texture between sherpards pie and cottage pie, its whether its been made with lamb or beef mince to get its derogatory name
hi i love ignorance. because quorn is flavoured to that type of meat. it's a microprotein.

brown sauce with bacon. red sauce sounds rank!
IMITATION, meaning it imitates the original productExcept its not bacon, bacon is a name given to thin strips of pork from the back or sides so its not bacon its facon

also it says on the box "bacon style" - it doesn't say it's exactly like bacon but not meat so really don't see the problem
so are you telling me a Shepards pie and a cottage pie are exactly the same and if you did a blind test you'd literally be able to taste no difference? not being accusatory, literally have no idea seeing as I haven't eaten either
@bethany; do you actually like quorn? I never really had it when I was younger cause my mum has something against microproteins so I've never really been a huge fan. I can't really say I've had that many quorn products, I had the mince a few times which was ok but not fab
yeah i love it, i've been brought up on it basically. don't really eat much of it at the moment, but it's ******* brill cause it's super low cal compared to meat. the mince is like 75cals per 1/4 bag and the chicken pieces are 80cals per 1/4 bag. the sandwich slices are nice too at like 12 cals per slice.IMITATION, meaning it imitates the original product

i used to really love their lamb grills too, and if we're having a "proper" dinner dad gets the quorn roast which is well nice with gravy.
I don't like either sauces. Tbh I don't really like any sauce
Bacon on its own though... Just yum.
Brown sauce, no contest.
