Skyrim, Red Dead Redemption, all three Gears of War games and LA Noire are probably my favourite 360 games
Also, get the Mass Effect games, the first is terrible but the other two are amazing

Oh I had LA Noire and found it quite fun too! Its kind of like GTA a bit but I felt it was more mission based haha. Was a lot of stories and stuff in it though which I found a bit boring.

Skyrim and Assassin's Creed Revelations (are ones I think are ok apart from Skyrim which is amazing that you may enjoy)
