martin is a fantastic mod, but i definitely think yo-yo'ing the same members in and out of the department every 2/3 weeks is ******* annoying.

I do know that it wasn't an ideal situation to bring people straight back in at high positions but I was starting to have no option, i'd also rather give the newer moderators a few more weeks to get used to things and a bit more experience before one of them is promoted when I leave so this was the best thing to do (in my eyes anyway)

Staff who are already there are going to get a bit pissed when people keep leaving and coming back... but i'm creating no argument as there was clearly reasons from a good manager to do this so lets all be nice. lol
