The Inbetweeners Movie, I could not stop laughing and still keep on laughing after watching it 10 times! Great film, you need to watch it.
Also as other said, Shaun of The Dead is brilliant and so will all of the Austin Powers movies!

Spaceballs, Family Guy Blue Harvest, The Rush Hour series and even Police Story. Zombie Flesh Eaters has a few laughing moments, cheese and all. Oh the hangover films, Only Fools and Horses, Faulty Towers etc.
