Yeah i've had some for Security jobs.. hated every single one!
I prefer to work alone, dont like working with people incase something happens and they blame you.
Atleast if i worked alone and something happen id get all the blame.

I prefer one and one interviews because then you get the chance to really show off. I've had two group interviews, one for BMI baby and one for Thomson. The first one I had was horrific everyone spoke over me and I couldn't get a word in edge ways, so basically I wasn't noticed. Didn't get through to the second stage. However the second time I made myself seem really confident and just went for it, nattering away and basically hogging all the lime light however also taking other peoples opinions on board and listening to them.
It's crucial that you're opinionated because if you're not and just sit there you're not going to get very far.
