Power, there were endless lines of peons in the HQ getting their 2 norms a day so people wanted to boss them around.

Thanks guys - I was also part of an army-style club/room/job before and did get paid on "pay day" haha. But I agree that most are scams. Just thought there might be some well-known ones!

I also remember people paying for higher rankings and rights. I guess people like having people work under them.

    Excited for your site, @Trigs!

I definitely agree that you could probably do a lot better trying to win competitions or going to game rooms - not that there aren't plenty of scammers there either.

After working all day irl, the last thing I'd like to do is go to work on Habbo. |-)

i used to work for a few companies back in 2008 and 2009. They pay daily but i dont think things like that exist now in Habbo. most of them are just scams

I'm not even sure if any more exist. I did used to "work" for a "Mafia" which paid back in 2009/2010, but it's gone now alongside a lot of other paying mafias/police stations/armys etc.

As people have said, getting furniture via other ways is your best bet.

When I was in the Habbo military scene ('06-'09) none of the places; whether the well organised places or "n3wb" places ever seemed to pay. It was just a recruitment tool. One owner, I recall, did pay people, but only a select number of people in the higher ranks and he happened to be in a good mood (which was rare). So yeah, it's a big con. Didn't stop them being fun, though.

If they really want anything, they should try giveaways. Those are usually more trust worthy, mainly if you go to a giveaway of someone really rich in Habbo. Salukorana (Sal) once gave me a golden nelly hahaha, the one I have in my event rooms actually That was just my luck when I was joking about his giveaway, but your friends might be lucky as well xP
Apart from giveaways, events are the best way to win stuff.

I wouldn't label the ones that fail to pay as scams. Not may even advertise pay anymore, but even if they do they would have a set day and time, and that can't always work for everyone etc etc. Better off winning events, or getting a job irl and buying credits
