PCSO's are paid in the met and the special constable application process is similar to the regular full time PC process (minus the role plays and additional english exam), which is different to the PCSO process.

As when I leave school I want to take police as a career maybe just be a constable or work with the dogs not sureBut next year I can join police cadets which is like helping the police but not have the powers so i dont know haha
I know what the exams are like cos when I was on work experience I took them and they didn't seem too hard to be honest.. but I don't know what they will be like in a few years haha
