I ended up taking all of them, not sure which one to actually use yet, f.last seems nice and short but most people seem to use first.last

A lot of large companies go for the first.last@ option. Definitely looks the most professional in my opinion

Most organisations don't care as it's your personal e-mail, as long as it's not rude it's fine What they use for their employees work e-mails is entirely up to them. You can use [email protected] (f = first name initial), name.name, namename, name.s etc etc.
