I think they pulled all coverage of the womens water polo because someones boob fell out underwater. And even then you had to look multiple times to even realise.

It kinda urks me for some silly reason that Twitter have the USA Olympic team emblem on the page, would make sense if it were visible to only users in the US but it's not.
