Way too early to tell, it hasn't even been open for a day. Maybe 6 months from now we could see if it is worth it. So far it's doing okay - I remember Habbo Italy having around only 30-40 visitors for the first weeks it was open, with some of them being foreigners (no ip block there at the time). We'll see where Turkey tops tomorrow and onwards, something around 100 online I'd guess, which is pretty good. It's not like everyone in Turkey knows about its existence right now (considering the almost zero marketing Habbo has nowadays), but I bet it'll gradually become more and more popular.
Ip block should have been there from the start, imo. Foreign and experienced Habbo users (compared to new Turkish ones) tend to mess it up when they're taking rare names or gathering credits or whatever, and it's not even going to be their main Hotel. But luckily the block is on now and we also get a better insight on how many _actual_ users the Hotel may have. Sure, it'll be lifted at some point, but at that time I'm hoping it'll have a solid community already which outsiders won't be able to ruin.
