Someone else had this problem not sure if they sorted it but tags will probably be needed.
I asked some staff about a few issues in the client, this was one of the issues. They responded by saying

Just to touch on the issue you brought up regarding rooms not appearing in the navigator. We have a navigator filter in place, that picks up on certain words used in a room name, room description or in room tags, causing the room not to display. So deleting descriptions and tags and renaming the room should result in the room reappearing in the navigator.
