Yer, ur nipplers like one of the most sensitive part of your body! Tounge doesnt exactly hurt it just swells so u cant eat or talk much for a week but its different for everyone. I no some people whove had it done and moaned 24/7 and others whove been eating a 3 course meal straight afterwards!
