Not possible. A business needs to be wholly and exclusively set up for charitable purposes. Habbox donating profits once a month does not a charity make.

The Charity Act 2011 pretty much covers what a charity is, and none of the purposes of Habbox makes it a charity, as it doesn't seek to advance, improve or prevent anything. It's solely to benefit a load of teenagers as a place to chat, nothing exceptional or life changing.

Hmm, not sure if the law would see a charity as a business that creates a service like this, because those who need it should be already covered by the law anyway to use these tools.

It would be easier if Habbo weren't so anti-community, Habbox might still be thriving and Habbo might actually be bearable and useable.

lol this was ages ago and i pmed Jin and he said he would sort it back when i had a crappy phone that didnt even connect to the computer LOOL good times =]
