There's no definite rule of you not being allowed to transfer furniture to 'clones'. I'll read through Sulake's T+Cs (oh joy) and have a look...

2.1.13 Create a false identity (including falsely stating your age), or impersonate any person or entity, for the purpose of misleading others or otherwise;

And i'm 95% sure it's not that. Here's what the terms violation ban is given for;

These are the consequences for players who admit to taking part in illegal activity (hacking, attempting to share child pornography, credit card fraud, adults engaging minors in sexual discussion, attempting to use the service to sell drugs etc) as well as players who breach our Terms & Conditions by attempting to sell or transfer their Habbo account, sell Habbo furni for cash or own a retro hotel. Most bans in this category are permanent and the police may be contacted.

bold is the closest thing... but even you didn't do that on this occasion.

* Last Furni you have traded (aprox. date/time):

lmfao ikr i had no idea what to put for those questions so had to guess them all but that day i bought loads of furni from one user so have kind of a rough idea
