    It's Scotland's fault that it happens ;| they campaigned for it because it was too dark in the mornings apparently and was a danger to cattle drivers, but the whole argument is stupid since there are far more accidents in dark evenings than dark mornings because it's obviously loads busier, so going back to "winter time" is totally inefficient all round. And it's Scotland that is still the opposition to changing it

    it's not really an extra hour considering we may get to sleep an hour earlier but we have to also wake up an hour earlier.

    no, everyone says you get an extra hour in your bed is always for today, doesn't mean that every day you get an extra hour lol...

    It means the clocks reach 1am and then the hands go back to 0am again. We will have 1am twice tomorrow!!!

    Edit: ok fine. 0am means midnight.
