Cadbury in Australia has released something fairly similar. (i think, I've never had Wonka chocolate) They're called 'Marvelous Creations' And they're chocolate with different types of candy etc inside it. Check that out if you cant find the Wonka Bars.

This could be a long shot, but is Wonka stuff still not made in America? There's a couple of American sweet shops near me that seem to stock a load of their products, although I can't quite remember if the chocolate is one of them. It might be worth while having a look in a similar shop.
