Interesting investments, seems like people are all over the place.

I would personally advise against bones, as Prayer will not play a role in combat level (a cosmetic issue, yes, but it will no doubt influence the prices) and the reduced effectiveness we will see after EoC.

Lower rares are also a bad idea (Masks, santas) and edibles are an unknown. Phats are likely to see little change, they seem to have hit a level ground where it's almost worthless to flip them unless it's a blue. A typical day's flip on 2 purples per 4h (the buy limit) will currently only make you 4-6m at most, and while respectable, you could make much more GP off of a bil investing in other items.

Of course, crackers/blues are still viable, and it's easy to get a ~100m profit on blues & maybe even 300m on crackers in a day's time. As far as smaller banks go, though, your best bet is by far armor sets that will not be considered less than the best in EoC. Obviously, I would recommend anyone with an ely or divine to drop it immediately. Arcanes will maintain their value, but it's too late to buy them for any profit.


I've sold my small phat collection (P/Y/G/R) and am currently holding a cracker and a variety of edibles, but it is a gamble anyway - I have more faith in the rarity of items that collectors prize instead of wearables, which are vastly inflated by people who have nothing else to buy (I know a few people who have a blue phat, but choose to keep the rest of their GP in either shards or edibles/crackers because of the profit potential).
