I believe that runeaddict and iUniversal are having issues with the GD library somehow (I can't see any point in the code where it would be user-dependant though).
To confirm this can you say whether or not the following works fully:
David is having issues with cloudflare which should be now resolved since cloudflare has been disabled.Chippiewill.
