Someones rep is disabled if they -rep people unfairly and their rep is constantly being removed for this reason.

The support forum is fine for me, though. Im not sure why the prefixes wont display, @Chris; will have to take a look.

Yeah people should follow that, pity they don't atm.

Yeah, well originally I -repped the person for a legit reason, but as it was rude was understandable it was removed, hence why I done it again attempting to be less rude lol, didn't do it 3 times so @Chris; would need to waste another 5 seconds of his time, but he seems to have a problem.
