I saw other videos on YouTube of her doing this live and she sounds fine but this one is the best so far. Sounds much better acoustic.

Same could be said for you, seeing as the only basis you have of calling me stupid/unwise/ignorant is this thread as I have never spoke to you personally before.

1944 in the American journal American Speech as "you can't judge a book by its binding".

In 1946 the phrase first appeared in the murder mystery novel Murder in the Glass Room (by Edwin Rolfe and Lester Fuller) as "you can never tell a book by its cover."

^ Oh my god at the above.. LOL

Anyway, I really like the song and stuff. I don't think she's someone I'd ever really see live though as after a while I do get bored of her voice and things, but that's not to say she isn't good live.

I dislike this song, but I agree she has gotten way better in terms of perfomance! In the first stage perfomance, she had no idea what to do with her hands and it was just way too awkward. In this one you can see she is way more relaxed, nice one. Also like how she is dressed now. Makes it look less weird than that long dress.

Absolutely love this performance. really loving the song atm and listening to it so much when on bus etc and I rly do think her performances are totally magical live, really full of emotion. When I first heared her do a live, pretty sure it was of born to die, I was quite shocked by how different it was and that made me dislike her live at first, but only took a few listenings to realise how much I actually loved her live and how much soul and emotion went into all her performances, just is so much better than recorded veresions imo.
