Not everyone likes Justin Bieber though and you have to see that he is way easier to hate than Psy. Justin is in the spotlights and evertyone cares about what he does, Psy is just known from this song, at least in other countries than Korea, and I doubt he is usually in magazines front covers. My friend watched a concert of him, in Korea, said it was full, even before this song came out.
