It'd have to be a 'lifeswap' with the President of the United States of America, who of course lives in the capital, DC.

This man holds the reigns to the (currently) most powerful, rich and politically influential country on the planet. If China was on top, I'd opt to be their president, but until then...

Why?
Well for starters, you'd taste the enormous power, responsibility and influence that a role like that holds, you'd be exposed to 24/7 media coverage of every facet of your life, every word you say scrutinised, every action you make quantified. The whole lifestyle of a diplomat at that level would be an experience for a day, military escort in a private jet? Check. Constant filled diary of appointments with all the worlds greatest leaders, thinkers, doers, entrepreneurs, speakers, global elite? Check.
Not to mention all the answers that could be answered, what's in the top classified files in the oval office? How about the non-disclosed info on Continuity of Government? Roswell? 9/11? Presidential scandals? Every war since the independence? The heavily detailed files on foreign allied/enemy ballistics power and communications capabilities?

To round off this epic day, I'd drop a well prepared, world changing speech in an interview (in line somewhat with the current party rhetoric) that you know would be savored and archived for eternity in its perceived infinite wisdom, and not to mention quotability.
