this has happened to me before and the reason it happened (my own stupid fault) was because someone 'tricked' me into clicking a link and for some reason i clicked run on the pop up and from then i was screwed really. a key logger and a bunch of other nice things was then on my computer and that's how the hacker got me. did you click on anything before? as jake said, if you've purchased credits before and you're able to tell them when and what method that should be more than enough. if they do give your account back they will ask you for an email and they will put your account on it but unfortunately you won't get back other accounts on that id, as the hacker has basically taken it all, unless you make more tickets and go through the same process sorry to hear this has happened to you, it's not nice and i hope you get your account back

I'm always cautious about what links i click on and i don't click on links that i don't know about, as for the credits I could provide full details of those although they won't discuss my account with me until i provide accurate answers to all the questions and to be honest I don't know all of the answers.
