Speaking to customer supoort resorted in myself getting banned and not the hacker, and me going through an annoying process to get my account back. I have been talking to the hacker since the event and he was in an argument with staff at the time trying to get his account back and he told me once he got it back he'd give me my stuff. I've heard hes got it back so I'm gonna go talk to him, hopefully he sticks to his word.
