    I sort of did it yesterday, but gave myself three hours sleep then went to sleep at like 12 and it's fine. I normally do it when my sleeping pattern gets to where I sleep very late and get up at like 2-3pm, which is just awful. I would drink a lot of caffeine if I were you, or do a little bit of exercise to wake you up. Don't just sit at home because you'll just feel so tired.

    apparently those who work night shifts hvae a greater likelihood of having cancer. ofcourses doesn't mean causation but still a risk

    probably lack of vitamin d or something

    edit: oh ok just read on a site that working at night elevates your stress hormones so maybe that has something to do with it
