get a blood test and they'll tell you if you have a deficiency, then will give you the necessary medication. and mention the dark circles aswell. they'll sort it out tbf

Mainly red meat, I can't remember if you're a vegetarian or not but I think vegetarians are at a higher risk of iron deficiency/anemia - doctors is best bet as everyone has said though.
I use eye serum from thebodyshop and it's definitely improved them (after constant use haha), but doesn''t (and doubt it will) fully hide them.
