It is hardly elitist, they appeared to ask random people to join. And stop exaggerating, there arent people behind the bar - only me, and I can't answer two questions at the same time. Nobody has given a wrong answer. As for hxhd... dont kid yourself that it is any better, because really it isnt.

Umm no. Since the last few days when people commented that no one comes in for help, I have screenshotted some of the times we have. People do come in for help and they do get it. People very rarely fall asleep. We have brb chairs so they don't have to sit afk and the front and if screenshots are sent of anyone falling asleep a lot then they would be warned.

Okeanos you were afk and h asked how to join the team and you told him to join the helper group.. lmao Not what he was asking. There was no on else asking a question.

No I didnt, i was helping someone on the guide IM thing, THEY wanted to be a guide but the group was full so I asked in the room whether anybody knew if you had to join the helper group to become a guide. If you didnt read what I said properly, well that is your fault - quit moaning and making a drama out of everything.

The guy who was sitting at the front asking you a question assumed your response was to him.... Great that your helping people via guides but imo if you are sitting behind there you should be ready to help the people that come to the room and ask for help instead of leaving them hanging.

I did not see one question, it is not a big deal. And even if I did see it, I would not have been able to answer it because nobody has told me how one becomes a helper in the desk.

Why should powertoo support fansites? Hardly anybody uses fansites anymore.

You are an idiot. Fansites are good for Habbo and any other service like it - It's where people can freely talk about the issues about Habbo without being banned for a start. If you really think no one uses fansites nowadays then you clearly don't visit them often.

Habbo still support fansites and they have plans to continue that - Considering we have been invited to a talk later on this week.

Yea you didn't see it cause you were afk, and I am sure telling him the job process hasn't been explained yet and to pop back in later would of been fine. I believe any community manager should support fan sites. Their popularity was better years ago but then fansites had hotel alerts and their events schedule was published etc. I think some of those things should return. Jason used to send the emails with snippets. Not sure if those are even being sent out anymore? But even powertoo said she reads habboxforum, as do many of the staff, so I do think they relaise how imp fansites are to habbo. However more needs to be done.

You would say that. I dont like fansites, they have been meh and a waste of time since 2008. The fact is very few people do use them anymore. Having that opinion does not make me an idiot. Your attitude (and others like you) is a big reason in my view why people stopped using fansites, too cliquey - you treat anyone who disagrees with you like a moron.

I was not afk, I was looking at the IM thing. See above for my views on fansites.

Where did people turn during the giant mute? Fansites. If it wasn't for fansites then no one would have been able to discuss what the hell was happening on Habbo or what they thought of the situation. I have no problems with people having views but Habbo dropping support altogether would be a bad idea, that's all.

I think the room design is quite nice, but whether I like the idea of an official Help Desk or not, I don't really think it's needed. Firstly, the random selection of who's allowed behind, and the fact that there are already ways to get help (guides or helpers, fansite help desks, support documents..).

    Not online very often
