Very unlikely since 12 habbos only have the 2010 one.

All they've done is add a few sparkles which is a 2 minute job. I don't really care, but I thought we were meant to be getting new good badges :/

The staff do this all the time. You got unlucky, that's all. They also tinkered with my Golden Gamer badge a released a similar version for a competition.
