50 seconds but it really hurt omg
around 55 seconds before it really starts to hurt but I can carry on until 60

I redid it. Last time with 37 secs or something, i was walking around.
This time I sat still with my head down and eyes closed like I was sleeping.
Seems to work ;3 1 min and 5 seconds is my new 'record' yey
Usually around 1:30 give or take 20 seconds.. It helps to breath in and out deeply before you try idk why but it makes such a difference.
I did this thing once where I would hold my breath for as long as possible each day, and managed to get it up to 2 mins ish.. not anymore though.![]()
Yep, relaxment is the key to holding your breath. If you're stressed, panicking/nervous or even move a littlest it can use up oxygen which means the less time you'll hold your breath.
I can do 2 minutes, not much compared to some people i've seen

Usually about 1:45 - 2 minutes (with just being a little relaxed). If I'm lying down and relaxing I can do 3:30-4 minutes (pushing it).
