    I don't think it's supposed to be like that if it has 'Work in Progress' in the name...

    It was purposely made with the code wip_penguin though, so although it does seem odd, it does seem as though it was made to be like this. Particularly as the ordinary head pops out from the 'wip' blurry squares .

    Well all of the gifts are stupidly pointless anyway aha. And yeah i guess it was made to look like that, although i do think it's a bit of a weird prize. What does a pixelated penguin have to do with easter? D;

    The eggs are related to Easter, but the gifts aren't unless you get one of the Easter island statues .

    Most furniture moves on a four-numbered rotation (Even if it only has two rotational-options)... not sure why but they often do...
    Often they're numbered: 0, 2, 4, 6 also... although some are 0, 1, 2, 3 and others are like 1, 3, 5 ... -shrug- Sulake tend not to be very linear with their (en)codeing methods. =P

    But I think if you turn the item three times it disappears... then rotating it once more (To rotate 6 - most likely) will keep it invisible before one more rotate resets it back to 0, making it visible once more. ^-^

    (Note: I don't have this furniture, nor have I checked it's .swf/.as files, nor the externaltexts... I'm just going on what I've been told and previous knowledge about Sulake's method.)
