Lmao it's horrible.. Doesn't make sense, as some one else said a Kite would make more sense. I don't see the point in animated badges.

Maybe the animated badge is only for the badge museum furni.

but it isn't animated anymore.

Seems to be the first, but not the only. That's from 2007 but they did have a 2009 attempt;
