We have a thread on the forum improvements, in the Announcements forum.
The site has been updated to V1.5 whilst we are working on the V2, so it has a much more habbo-styled look to it.
The forum has not changed from red to blue, it's green, black and gold. And you even showed that in the print screen.
From that print screen, I'm guessing you have a wide-screen, we are currently working on the sizes of the header and feature image bar, to stay the same on all screens.

Our Forum Structure has not been copied from Habbox. We are restructuring soon again, making it more easier and quicker process.

I still think the forum needs to come last. You seem to be putting a load of effort into your forum when the thing that needs the most work is the actual site. When does the actual main site launch?
