If it's for an account that you have already appealed for and have had a response then they close it with no reply and assume you know what's what. They won't reply to responses and just re-close the ticket which is a little annoying too. I'm not sure if there are even any active support agents at the moment tbh... I think a few have had a reply. I know a few people who got bans lifted recently.

It's their job to deal with LEGITIMATE support questions. Whining about being banned isn't a support question.

They all are LEGIT. Just because it is an appeal doesn't make it FAKE.
