There was a time years ago where you could simply ring up Sulake and get unbanned. Don't think such things exist anymore though.

Yeah I phoned up many years ago about a problem with one of my accounts and like the help tool weren't helping me out so ludus who was Player Support at the time sorted it all out for me then a few weeks later he became hotel manager with Lost_Witness, but yeah now they want to get it all on this stupid help tool..

my friend somehow phoned in spain (which cost a fortune btw) but he got permed the day b4 for sexually explicit stuff and was unbanned the next day cos he phoned in!!!!!!!!

Ive never tried phoning them. do they do help over the phone? ;s

I'm waiting on a reply as I sent another ticket; I wish I could phone in so badly. :I It sucks atm.
