Why did you close before? Like, after a week?
Am I tight or is £9 a bit much when all you want to transfer is a fiver? I understand it's needed to keep the site going and stuff but 80% of what I want to put in?

On a £5 transaction, impulsepay takes something like 25% (so basically £2), then you've got VAT and Paypal fees (something like 5%)
So, last time I had access to the figures anyway on a £5 transaction, smstopaypal gets something like 40p and impulsepay gets like 5 times that
This, unfortunately it is very expensive to transfer money from SMS and then send it over to Paypal, hence why there is literally one company that does it (SMStoPaypal, hehe)They can't help it
