Can't say I have.
Usually, my insults are said in a joking way and everyone knows that. When I don't like someone, I just stay away from then as appose to bullying them
Besides, I know what bullying is like and wouldn't wish it on anyone.

I think everyone been&do bullying in there live. No one perfect but now i would never bully no one. Grown up
