Only if you're on a terrible server. Spacebuild is server intensive admittedly, but my servers never had issues with explosions.

I've just bought Garry's mod, and i am pretty bad at it. Does anyone else have the game and can give me some tips on it, or anything?

I used to have the game on my old Steam account but now I have a new one i don't have it; I may buy it and come play with you guys. If you're into RP then you'll love some of the servers on the game... Garrys Mod RP servers are quite literally the best.
