E3 [June 11 - 13]

i somewhat agree, but you dont unveil a console without unveiling the design, even nintendo unveiled the wii design far back b4 it was released. (week before e3 2005 i think?) so it was a utter n00bish thing to do. but on the over hand microsoft are looking at the whole package, not just gaming, its got windows 8 architecture, that is a massive benefit compared to the PS4 standard (even if windows 8 sucks to some of you its better than IOS 1 cos its msft first tablet OS) there is much more potential at the end of the day. thats what im trying to say. ps4 just does gaming standard tv features (like on demand) and while they do gaming good maybe better than microsoft. it just isnt enough as a package.

M$ Shouldn't have wasted 3/4 of there conference to talk about non gaming features tho. Sony flopped with the Ps3 at the start and to me it looks like they know what there doing.

I'm not entirely sure why everyone is against Microsoft for not focusing solely on games... Surely they're moving with the times? I mean, did everyone complain about the first console that allowed you to play with more than one controller? Did everyone complain about the first console that allowed online gaming? Did everyone complain about the the first console that could play CDs/DVDs/Blu-rays?

Fair enough, it might turn out that the whole 'entertainment console' thing from Microsoft ends up not working, but why are everyone slating it before it's even been released? There's far too much fanboyism around in this industry for my liking

Surely they're moving with the times? I mean, did everyone complain about the first console that allowed you to play with more than one controller?(Thats gaming related) Did everyone complain about the first console that allowed online gaming?(And that) Did everyone complain about the the first console that could play CDs/DVDs/Blu-rays?(Even tho it's not gaming but the fact its a CD/PS DVD/PS2 and BD/PS3 drive means they should be able to play there respected disks)

They should have focused on the gaming part then went also look at what else it can do, not. "Heres all the stuff you can do what tv through your xbox on your tv, we have a Halo series coming out and oh yea it plays games)

M$ showed me a Box that i should use to watch tv with, with a bunch of features that aren't even going to be available in the UK, and once again i'll say this. They finished with CoD and announcing they got a DLC deal again. Should have teased one of there "amazing" exclusives not giving Sony free advertising for a game that's coming out on there system as well.

I thought they did tease some of their exclusives, wasn't Forza 5 one of them?
