Okay here's what we're going to do!
In the next hour or so, we're going to create a feedback submission form in the form of a Google document survey thing.
This will include mostly Kardans questions above (and a few of our own we have thought of)
We will post a link to this form for those who wish to use it to provide feedback on events. Both members of the public AND managers will use this form, as I feel it is vital that we do our own research too, and we will be regularly attending events on clone accounts.
You can use the form whenever you have attended an event and have serious feedback on it which you feel should be brought to our attention, or simply if you have enjoyed an event and want us to know about it.
Obviously we cannot guarantee that all of submissions we receive will be 100% accurate, however I think it will be easy to identify the serious ones, and we can then look into any issues that may have been brought up and identify any patterns which may develop in certain events/with certain hosts- since a permanent record will be held.
The good thing with google docs is that it allows myself and Alex to view all of the results in a table format which is private, and it keeps it all together so we can review them with ease.
I think this is probably the easiest way to do this, but as I said, we will be attending more events ourselves and doing our own 'mystery shopper' audits during events too.
We also have something else exciting happening this weekend, events/community wise so keep your eyes peeled for that!
Does that sound okay to everyone? Any other suggestions?@Kardan; @sex; @Mr-Trainor; @e5;
