    Okay here's what we're going to do!

    In the next hour or so, we're going to create a feedback submission form in the form of a Google document survey thing.

    This will include mostly Kardans questions above (and a few of our own we have thought of)

    We will post a link to this form for those who wish to use it to provide feedback on events. Both members of the public AND managers will use this form, as I feel it is vital that we do our own research too, and we will be regularly attending events on clone accounts.

    You can use the form whenever you have attended an event and have serious feedback on it which you feel should be brought to our attention, or simply if you have enjoyed an event and want us to know about it.

    Obviously we cannot guarantee that all of submissions we receive will be 100% accurate, however I think it will be easy to identify the serious ones, and we can then look into any issues that may have been brought up and identify any patterns which may develop in certain events/with certain hosts- since a permanent record will be held.

    The good thing with google docs is that it allows myself and Alex to view all of the results in a table format which is private, and it keeps it all together so we can review them with ease.

    I think this is probably the easiest way to do this, but as I said, we will be attending more events ourselves and doing our own 'mystery shopper' audits during events too.

    We also have something else exciting happening this weekend, events/community wise so keep your eyes peeled for that!

    Does that sound okay to everyone? Any other suggestions? @Kardan; @sex; @Mr-Trainor; @e5;

    Sounds good to me, Martin. Create an optional box for us to put our Habbo names in too if you want?

    Thanks for the good feedback guys

    There will be a box for an optional name if you wish to make yourself known, but this will be optional and you can do it completely anonymous if you wish

    Alex is hosting an event soon and we want to work on the questions together and make sure it contains everything we need it to, so expect to see it ready by about 9pm It will be a great help to be receiving regular documented feedback rather than just people saying xyz happened randomly etc

    Cheers Jesus ove:

    Yeah it is quite long, but we wanted it to be as detailed as possible, and people could always give short replies if they wish to speed through it. If you're evaluating the whole of an event though I would have thought there would be quite a few different areas to explore and comment on etc.

    Also, I mentioned it earlier, but myself and Alex will be using this form to when we conduct our own research and its things we feel will help us gain a better understanding of what things are constantly going wrong and group them together etc.

    The answers go straight to our private emails so we'll see pretty much as soon as you've submitted something!

    Thanks for the feedback guys and I hope this proves to be useful!
