i really like it. i have a question though, can rooms now be trashed because of the new stacking tool? like are if a member had rights to place, could they place the stacking tool on any tile if a mat has been put down or not?

Yeah. Room rights isn't for sale though, dealer entrance and elite dealer entrance only.
Only the two owners and I have room rights.

I think the Bubble Stand and the Lifeguard Chair look abit out of place but other than that I like it.

I like the design a lot. Only things I'd change are the rainbow placements (kinda awkward) and maybe instead of all white mats, add colored ones. Same with the pods.

A little bit agreeing with @AlexJRiley; however it is a nice layout would be good if you got people to go as all the new casinos are bigger and modern
