Who in their right mind would reverse down any road in the opposite direction, let alone a motorway! This guy should be charged with manslaughter as ultimately he's breaking the law and his wrong-doing led to some innocent person losing their life.

He's an idiot, but we have to remember this is a different culture. The lorry driver in their eyes is just as much to blame, as he should of kept an eye out as in China personal responsibility for your own actions is alive and well, hence why the bus/coach driver was reversing up a road, he was taking that risk because he knows he is responsible for his own actions.
