    I think that's just something they put in all competitions??? Are you sure as in has powertoo or someone confirmed you're going to be able to change your DOB due to this competition?

    They havn't even contacted me about sending out my prize from the other comp. Powertoo is ignoring my questions about it.. -.-

    Might have to send a help ticket asking me where my email is requesting where to send everything. But I heard they do this with a lot of real life prizes (ignore users and don't actually send anything)

    uhm well that's what i thought until it says it's to update your account information to make it correct, because technically you are allowed to as the data comissioner handles all the data, and if it's false data it's kinda uhm illegal. So if you put a mistake upon your registration all you got to do is tell customer support the mistake and update it, right?
    I'll get powertoo to confirm this if you'd like, as i'm sure we all want to be protected -.-

    suggestion daltron if they don't pay-up ring the HQ or mail the HQ

    If some users would like to stop customer support moving your account via customer support, do what i've done in this screen shot.

    I don't know this might help but that time I won this nokia phone in my hacked account (during the nokia promotions), they contacted me right after my name was announced. Pretty helpful that girl, idk if shes working anymore.

    Keep bugging them for it, I'd say.
