Is facial hair on men attractive?

I prefer how I look when I have a little facial hair! I think most guys do suit having facial hair, but there are some who don't.

I agree that you need to be at the stage where facial hair doesn't grow in patches to pull it off - otherwise it just doesn't get the same effect!

It's a matter of personal opinion if you like it or not, this should be in discuss anything 'DO U LIKE FACIAL HAIR' or something, not a debate...

It's what the forum has come to rather than debates - every single time I post a new selection of debates, the most superficial of them gets the most replies just as this thread has had more replies than say the Libya or Syria threads had. I post one on debt, foreign policy or state spending and it's a struggle to get a page of replies whereas if I post a debate with a picture of One Direction in or a debate that revolves around sex then it can run into a few pages. That's a reflection of forum members, not me.

But for all those complaining including Stephen: two debates on gender-based abortion and Scottish independence have just been posted. Funnily enough though, the people who complain are the ones who never seem to post (nothing to say?) in the more serious debates.

Some can make it work, but my limit is stubble. Seriously, facial hair is disgusting. It's okay in a photograph where their face is far away from me and only a few pixels wide so you're like 'oh, they have a bit of a beard, but I can't see the little pr!ckles of hair coming through their face so it's okay. No, all I can see is a darker shade around their face.'
Facial hair is rank. I feel bad because my boyfriend wants to grow it out but I make him shave it all away. It's not attractive! Especially when it's tickling and stabbing your face when you go in for some sweet kisses. MAKES ME FEEL LIKE I'M MAKING OUT WITH A CACTUS OR A BUSHMAN.

I think facial hair comes in and out of fashion and currently its in fashion. I'm not one for looking at other guys but I generally see men with facial hair look better, more mature and manly if they have facial hair. I think girls also find it more attractive.

By facial hair, I don't mean a huge beard, I mean stubble and side burns grown, but trimmed!

it depends on the man really. some guys just look really silly and it doesn't suit them whatsoever, yet some guys look so masculine and sexy mhmm. i hate big thick proper beards, a nice bit of thick enough stubble is extremely attractive on a guy though (obvs still depends on person) i love it when my boyfriend doesn't shave i think it makes him look older and even sexier, whereas when he's all shaved he looks wayyyy younger. it makes me sad to see when he has shaved it all away it looks pathetic when young teens are attempting to grow facial hair and it's just random pieces of hair, generally doesn't even look like facial hair, more like they've just stuck some of their eyebrow on their lip. although moustaches are just nasty ALWAYS. makes people look like paedos.
