I wouldn't get the HTC and as I currently have the S3 I am a little biased and will say get the S4.

Let us know what you think of it after a week or so Personally I have always been an iPhone user though was tempted with the HTC, albeit briefly.

s4 is a good buy, and you might want to check Note 3 too. it's pretty amazing for me.
