For ages now, you need a license which you have to apply and pay for to have fireworks in n.i. Everyone used to have firework displays in their garden and now you hear nothing!!

my dog just looks up to the sky when she sees them. she don't get scared. but people yesterday night decided to let loads of fireworks off except it was galeforce winds and pissing with rain and it was flooding. mature!
