How do you brush your teeth?

Can't say I really have a routine I just go mad with the toothbrush generally until I feel I've cleaned them enough

Wet brush, put toothpaste on, wet brush ... brush teeth (rough aswell) then spit out and wash brush.

i remember being told not to wet brush as it dilutes the toothpaste, i put toothpaste on brush then brush teeth, only wet it at end to clean the brush

and again
spit, floss & mouthwash then do it again

I too am shocked this is a discussion lol but anyway

Put the paste on the brush
Put a little water on it
Brush like mad for 3-4 minutes
Rinse with mouthwash
Ta da
