So many would leave over it I think, I wouldn't, but I like some of the rarer badges I have. There are loads who just collect them and that's it, so it would be unfair to remove them. Also as someone else said, the person who suggested it may just be doing it for their own gain.

Stupid and annoying. Like many have said, many people would leave. i wouldn't, but I would certainly be annoyed because of some of the badges (and achievements) I have on my old account I used.

it would certainly cause an uproar, but i don't think it would be a leaving factor for many. i know i used to put in lots of effort in earning badges, and while i wouldn't care that my badge count/quest badges would be lost, i've got some pretty rare ones that i'd be gutted about losing. i doubt anyone even knows how achievement points work, let alone care about them.

badges were once my life but i wouldnt care that much really although i'd be angry on removal of some specific badges
anyway

would have wasted peoples time throughout the year 1) getting the resources to enter (room furni, video clips) and 2) spending time on the room/video to create it along with other competitions. 3) being online at a certain time to win a badge in an event etc
