dark chocolate cake with milk chocolate chunks and chocolate buttercream with popping candy on the top. Chocolate galore, can't go wrong.

The Christmas cake would be a hollow chocolate shell like an Easter egg and there'd be a Christmas pudding inside it.

Monique's Christmas cake:
3 chocolate mud cake; white, dark and milk chocolate on 5 different layers, with food dye so it would go red one layer and green the next etc. With cream separating the layers
The top would be iced in whipped cream with chopped up candy canes.

A Very Merry-Go-Round
Gingerbread boy cookies border each of the two tiers of the cake. Seasonal treats, such as spice drops and candy canes to complete the decorations.
