You can buy it in the supermarket very readily. Trick is not to overcook it. Goes extremely tough ! Honestly, I eat it at least once a week, try to do it at least 2ce.

I can't find a local butcher who does emu. Gotta go to the Vic market more often, they had a deli there with it (but none in stock).

Oh yeah, I've had wild boar sausage (almost like landjäger) from that big food market near the Tower Bridge underground. The names escaped me recently.

I've never eaten any unusual meats really. I'm quite picky with meat though so maybe thats why.

Veal, wild boar, quail, grouse, venison, goat, partridge, swordfish ummm can't think but yeah I like to try new things when I can

goat in africa and veal in italy (it was meant to be beef). Eugh I hated them both.

squirrel, swordfish, frog and eaten a few women in my time too.

Yeah I forgot to add that one. Rabbit stew i made the other week. Tastes a bit like chicken, but with heaps of small annoying bones
