Habbox Staff Structure 2

Ngl these figures seem worrying. Habbox should really be pushing for more staff members or else some departments are really going to struggle to function, Events for example. I'm just curious but why is there very little Asst. Managers?

And joint managers seem to be much more popular these days, especially in community departments. I think most people seem to be taking the line that an assistant manager isn't needed because the department is small enough to only need one person to watch over them, though. Seems a bit weird to me because they're not gonna improve if they don't get bigger but what can I say

I totally agree, I've no idea why they want to remain it with just a manager. i know when I was at HxHD what encouraged me to maintain a high level of hours or whatever was the possibility of a promotion. Nowadays it seems staff empowerment is lacking, resulting in many staff members resigning for other fansites where there are these higher ranks for them to be in.

Well surely staff shouldn't be here just for the power of a higher rank, and should be happy in the role they have ?

In an ideal world that would be true however looking at staff numbers now I'd assume the staff who want to contribute to Habbox are still around and the ones who don't aren't. That all being said the departments are struggling keeping it this way so something needs to be done to fix this.
